The Sector Plan delineates the sectors or boundaries of natural areas that either are or should be legally protected from development, and the boundaries of lands designated for development in four categories of intensity.  The Plan, which protects the environment and ancestral settlements, establishes areas for growth at a regional level. Prepared primarily by Steve Coyle with the assistance of the Prince's Foundation, the Agence Nationale des Parcs Nationaux and other government agencies, encompasses arrondissements Angondje and Cap Estérias.
